“Stone Stoves and Copper Pots over Wood Fires – These were the traditional components to prepare wholesome, rustic food in South Asia and the philosophy behind our restaurant, hence the name ‘Stone & Copper’
We wanted to bring the distinct flavours and aroma of those traditional cooking methods into the restaurant where you can enjoy those authentic Indian, Thai, and Malaysian dishes in a chic setting over some drinks especially prepared by our bartender.”
